The glass-fronted building at 1900 Camden Ave has been a recognizable stop on Camden Avenue since the 1980s, when much of the surrounding area was still turning from orchards and fields into neighborhoods.
Gregg Bunker, who grew up in the area in a real estate family, built a real estate office here from scratch and grew it into one of the most successful offices in the South Bay.
The building later housed a Wolf Camera location offering photo services to the community.
Today 1900 Camden Ave is home to BRG Realty's headquarters, the Silicon Valley Business Center, Bunker Wealth Management and Silicon Valley Property Management Group, plus the entrepreneurs and small businesses who work out of the center's private offices, flex desks and conference rooms.
